Mentoring & Recommendation Letters

one-to-one, online

Sustained mentorship over time that culminates in performance-based recommendation letters, written by a mentor who has seen the student's work first-hand and can speak about it with real authority.

These offerings are designed to strengthen and document the work students do in our main programs. They include sharper academic writing, verifiable digital credentials, and recommendation letters that are grounded in sustained first-hand mentorship rather than a single meeting. The underlying goal is to take the work a student has already done and turn it into a verifiable record that they can present with confidence in their applications.

How programs at D-LABS work

  1. 01

    Tell us your goal

Start by writing to us and telling us about the student's interests, their current grade and the outcome they are hoping to reach. Based on what you share, we recommend the program that fits best and the mentor match that suits the student most closely.

  2. 02

    Work with a named mentor

All programs run live online, either one-to-one or in small cohorts, and every student works with a named mentor drawn from top universities and from industry. Sessions are scheduled around the school timetable, so the program fits alongside regular studies rather than competing with them.

  3. 03

    Finish with evidence

Every program ends with something concrete that the student can show to others. Depending on the program, that might be an original project, a certificate, a verifiable digital credential or a recommendation letter written by a mentor who has seen the student's work first-hand.
