Matthew Alexander Morgan is a globally experienced strategy consultant and business leader with over 12 years of expertise spanning business strategy, consulting, financial services, and innovation across six continents. Currently a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Matthew has led high-impact projects in geopolitical analysis, economic development, digital transformation, and cost optimization for Fortune 50 firms and public sector entities. Prior to BCG, Matthew co-founded Astarita, Aldrich & Ward, a boutique consultancy driving significant fundraising and operational growth for tier-1 nonprofits like UNICEF and WWF. His career also includes strategic roles at Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and Mirae Asset Global Investments, where he spearheaded global digital marketing strategies and business development initiatives across emerging markets. Matthew holds an MBA from the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School, where he earned the Dean's Commendation Award and was recognized as a Saïd Foundation Scholar. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University and a Double Degree in International Management from Toulouse Business School.
