Mentorship at D-LABS is 1:1 and named: you know exactly who you are working with before you enrol, and sessions run live online around your school schedule. Together you scope an original project, learn how work in the field is actually done, and produce something concrete you can point to.
Mentors who guide a student through sustained work can also write performance-based recommendation letters, and support submitting the work to reputable third-party journals and competitions where it merits. A focused project typically runs a few months part-time, so the letter or referral it can end in is grounded in real, sustained work, not a single meeting.
